The seminar, organized by the Faculty of Economics, provided a platform for discussing two critical research topics with substantial relevance to the region’s economic and cultural dynamics: Pak-Afghan Bilateral Trade and Its Impact on Pakistan's Economy The Role of Sustainable Tourism in Preserving the Cultural Heritage of Afghanistan: A Comprehensive Review Assistant Professor Mr. Wasiq Ullah Hamdard, a distinguished faculty member from the Faculty of Economics, delivered an in-depth presentation on both research studies. His comprehensive overview covered the following key elements of the research process: Introduction to the Study Problem Statement Objectives of the Research Formulation of Hypotheses Review of Related Literature Research Methodology Empirical Models Applied Estimation and Analysis of Results Conclusions and Policy Recommendations Throughout his presentation, Mr. Hamdard highlighted the economic and cultural significance of both research topics, particularly the potential of Pak-Afghan bilateral trade to foster economic growth and the role of sustainable tourism in preserving Afghanistan's rich cultural heritage.
