Al-Taqwa University Receives the Global Membership with Globalization & Localization Association (GALA).
We are thrilled to announce that Al-Taqwa University has joined the international community and has the pride of being the member with Globalization & Location Association (GALA). Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) is a nonprofit international organization.
It serves an international community of organizations that enable communication and business across languages and cultures. GALA’s mission is to help its members succeed and to drive its industry’s development by building professional communities, sharing knowledge, and advancing best practices in the globalization sector. GALA delivers programs, resources, and events that help its members serve the needs of local markets worldwide.
It offers a non-biased platform for information-sharing and collaboration, and builds connections between industry stakeholders.
GALA creates and supports initiatives that advance Globalization. GALA’s independent, nonprofit status, its global reach, and its commitment to quality make it a trustworthy source of industry information. Through GALA’s membership, universities grow and mature, and the global language industry makes gains in professionalism and prominence. Al-Taqwa University is laying the groundwork for an integrated internationalization strategy.
The new strategy emphasizes international partnerships as the key to Al-Taqwa University’s success and an important contributor towards delivering on quality education and academic excellence. Moving forward, the newly established International Relations Office will coordinate, support and advance Al-Taqwa University’s internationalization strategy.
Building on its portfolio of international cooperation, the International Relations Office will support the development of international partnerships with governments, universities, embassies and international scholarship agencies. Since 2012, Al-Taqwa University has led the way in Easter zone’s private higher education institutions through forging several major international partnerships with leading universities, embassies and international organizations.
Al-Taqwa University’s graduates are among the top recipients of competitive international scholarships while world-class faculty members continue to publish and present research papers at major global academic journals and events.
