The principal subjects in this field are Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, Business Law, Family Law, Human Rights, Environmental Law, and Intellectual Property Law. To achieve the requirements of the bachelor's degree in the Law Department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, each of the students is required to complete a minimum of (17) and a maximum of (21) credits in one semester in the relevant subjects.
PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
The Department of Law was established in the Faculty of Law and political science in 1390. The mentioned department has played a significant role in providing legal education in the country. It provides insignificant areas of study, such as Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, Business Law, and Family Law. The syllabus is continuously being updated, and new subjects like Human Rights, Environmental Law, and Intellectual Property Law have been included in studies. Moreover, it is a big pride for this department that many of the judicial officers and administrative workforces in the country are graduates of the Department.
