Date: April 7th, 2023 World Health Day Campaign Was Held World Health Day Is A Global Health Awareness Day Celebrated Every Year On 7 April, Under The Sponsorship Of The World Health Organization (WHO), As Well As Other Related Organizations. In 1948, The WHO Held The First World Health Assembly. The Assembly Decided To Celebrate 7 April Of Each Year, With Effect From 1950, As World Health Day. World Health Day Is Held To Mark WHO's Founding And Is Seen As An Opportunity By The Organization To Draw Worldwide Attention To A Subject Of Major Importance To Global Health Each Year. Al-Taqwa University, In Collaboration With The Department Of Public Health And JACK Organization, Held A Campaign On World Health Day To Raise Awareness About The Importance Of Healthcare And To Encourage People To Live Healthy Lives. At The Opening Of The Campaign, Mr. Abdul Hameed Seerat, The VC Academic Of The University, Emphasized The Responsibility Of All Individuals To Contribute To Their Society And The World In The Field Of Health. He Noted That The Al- Taqwa University Organized The Campaign To Protect The Health Of The People And Provide Them With Valuable Healthcare Advice. During The Campaign, Participants Were Offered Advice On Healthcare And Were Given The Opportunity To Receive The Corona Booster Vaccine. The Goal Was To Convey The Message That Taking Care Of One's Health And Encouraging Others To Live Healthy Life Is Essential For The Well-Being Of The Community And The World. The Annual Celebration Of World Health Day Aims To Raise Awareness About Various Health Issues And To Mobilize Action In Response To These Problems. This Campaign, Organized By Al-Taqwa University, Was A Valuable Opportunity To Highlight The Importance Of Healthcare And Preventative Measures In The Face Of Ongoing Global Health Challenges. At The End Of The Campaign, Dr. Syed Abdul Moiz Mirzada, Dean Of The Economics Faculty At Al-Taqwa University, Expressed His Gratitude To The Employees Of The Public Health Department Of Nangarhar Province And The Health Teams Of (JACK) For Their Cooperation And Participation. He Presented Them With Valuable Certificates As A Demonstration Of Appreciation For Their Contributions To The Success Of The Campaign. Toward A Promising Future!

Seminar on the Teaching Quality Improvement Evaluation Presented!

A One-Day Seminar, On The Guidelines For The Improvement Of The Quality Of Teaching, Was Presented The Academic Staff Of Al-Taqwa Institute Of Higher Education, With The Cooperation Of The Professional Development Committee. Prior To The Beginning Of The Seminar, Mr. Abdul Hameed Seerat, The Vice Academic Chancellor Of The Institution, Vowed On The Excellence And Improvement Of The Quality Of Teaching And Asked The Teachers To Pay Special Attention In This Regard In Order To Create A Standard Teaching Environment According To The Requirements Of The Current Era. Afterward, Head Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation Committee, Mr. Habiburahman Serbland, Presented Comprehensive Information About The Ways To Improve The Quality Of Teaching And Its Accurate Evaluation And Answered To The Questions Of The Participants At The End.   Towards A Promising Future!

Awareness workshop about the eleven standards of the quality assurance and accreditation

The Vice Academic Affairs And The Quality Assurance And Accreditation Committee Of The Al-Taqwa Institute Of Higher Education Launched A Two-Day Workshop About The Awareness Of The Eleven Standards Of The Quality Assurance And Accreditation With The Coordination Of Professional Development Committee On The April18 To 19, 2022. At The Initial Part Of The Workshop, Mr. Khushal Javad The Chancellor Of The Organization Al-Taqwa Institute Of Higher Education, Called Quality Assurance A Necessary And Continuous Process For Higher Education Institutions And Asked All Employees To Reflect All Standards Of Quality Assurance In The Running Of Their Affairs. Mr. Jawad Expressed That The Purpose Of This Workshop Is To Provide All Employees With Complete Information About The 11 Main And 49 Sub-Standards Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation, So That Their Work Can Be Done On Time And In Accordance With The Standards.   Furthermore, Throughout Two Days, In Different Phases, Both Mr. Abdul Hameed Seerat, The Vice-Chancellor Of Academic Affairs Of Al-Taqwa Institute Of Higher Education And Mr. Habiburahman Serbiland, Head Of The (QAAC), Explained The 11 Main And 49 Sub-Standards Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation, And Finally, The Participants Were Given Certificates Of Participation In The Workshop.

Best Lecturers Of The Spring Semester Of 1401, Were Awarded!

Al-Taqwa Higher Education Institution Honored The Best Teachers Of The Spring Semester Of 1401 During A Celebration. At The Beginning Of The Program, The Chancellor Of The Institution, Mr. Khushal Jawad, Thanked All The Employees For Their Commitment And Punctuality And Congratulated Those Teachers Who Got The Best Positions Among Others. Mr. Jawad Persuaded All The Teachers And Added That All The Teachers Should Pay More Attention And Work Even Better For The Welfare Of The Society And Perform Their Duty With Honesty, Frankness And Full Commitment In A Way That Can Be Expected From Him. Furthermore, The Vice Chancellor Of Academic Affairs, Abdul Hameed Seerat, Presented Inclusive Information About The Evaluation Process Conducted By The Quality Assurance And Accreditation Committee For The Spring Semester Of 1401 And Gave Rewards To Some Lecturers In This Regard.   It Worth Mentioning That, The Teachers Who Got The Most Marks At The University Level Were Honored With Cash Handouts And Awards And Those Who Got Higher Marks Than Others Were Given Certificates By The Administration.

Al-Taqwa Institute Higher Education successfully passed the second phase of the quality assurance and accreditation.

The External Evaluation Of The Institution Was Carried Out By External Professional Evaluators (EPR) Of The Department Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation Of The Respected Ministry Of Higher Education From The November 28, 2022 To The December 7, 2022. By The Grace Of Almighty God, The Result Of The Evaluation Was Positive And Through The Obtaining Of (77.56) Score The Institute Got 22nd Position Among All 142 Governmental And Private Universities And Private Institutes Of Higher Education In The Country. On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Higher Education, Honorable Professor Dr. Khal Mohammad Ahmadzai, Was The Head Of The Jury, Honorable Professor Dr. Seyed Salim Kavian, And Honorable Professor Dr. Mohammad Daud Ahmadzai, Were Members Of The Jury, Honorable Professor Noor Agha Nasiri Was Co-Evaluator, And Mr. Hekmatullah Niazai, Was The Representative Of The Quality Assurance And Accreditation Department In This Stage Of The Quality Assurance And Accreditation. Prior To The Process Of The Evaluation, The Respected Chancellor Of (ATIHE), Mr. Khushal Javad, While Welcoming The Juries And Evaluators, Provided A Comprehensive Presentation About All Parts Of The Institute, Which Deserved The Special Attention Of The Evaluators. Henceforth, The Jury, Within The Framework Of Its Policy, Began To Evaluate All Departments Of The Institute Such As Faculties, Offices, Main And Sub-Committees, Library, Computer Lab, Legal Clinic, Health Center, Meeting Hall, Canteen...) Based On (11) Main Standards And (49) Secondary Standards Of The Second Stage Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation Where They Received The Documents, Evidence, And Descriptions By The Committed, Expert, Specialist And Experienced Team Of The (ATIHE). Furthermore, Be Contingent On The Meeting Agenda, The Mentioned Team Conducted Detailed Meetings And Interviews With The Leadership Of The Organization, Vice Presidents, Heads Of Faculties, Respected Teachers, Administrative Staff, Male And Female Students, And Then They Visited The Facilities And Services Of The Institute. Finally, The Above Evaluation Report Was Unanimously Accepted And Approved By The Department Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation Of The Ministry Of Higher Education (Quality Assurance And Accreditation Board) (25) On 24/12/2022 Where In That Meeting Of Al-Taqwa Institute Higher Education(ATIHE) Got The Promotion By The Declaration Of Obtaining (77.56) Grades.   The Leadership Of Al-Taqwa Institute Higher Education Appreciations The Department Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation Of The Ministry Of Higher Education, The Board Of Directors, And The Monitoring And Evaluation Teams For Their Endless Cooperation And Congratulating This Great Honor And Achievement To Respected Lecturers, All Other Staff, Respected Students, Graduates, And All Prized Compatriots.

In Commemoration Of The Achieving Success In The Second Phase Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation, Al-Taqwa Higher Education Institution Honored And Praised Its Administrative Staff, Lecturers, And All The Other Crews During A Wonderful Ceremony. The Program Was Started With The Recitation Of A Few Verses Of The Holy Quran And Then It Is Followed By The Comprehensive Speech Of Mr. Khushal Jawad, The Chancellor Of (ATIHE). He Appreciated The Hard Work Of All His Colleagues And Said, “This Great Achievement Is The Direct Result Of Our Collaboration And Coordination With Each Other.” Mr. Jawad Also Gave Inclusive Detail About The Challenges And Opportunities Of The Past Two Years And Assured Mr. Shakir Wahidi, The Head Of The Quality And Accreditation Department Of The Ministry Of Higher Education, That We Are Going To Be A Candidate For The Third(3rd) Phase Of The Quality Assurance And Accreditation Process. Mr. Ustad Shakir Wahidi, Head Of The Quality Assurance And Accreditation Department Of The Ministry Of Higher Education, Appreciated The Hardworking And Improvements Of The Institute, Provided All The Academic And Administrative Staff With Necessary Recommendations For Further Development And Betterment, And He Also Assured All Sorts Of Support From The Ministry Of Higher Education.   Likewise, Mr. Abdul Hameed Seerat, Vice Academic Chancellor Of (ATIHE), Provided The Participants With A General Report Of The Evaluation And Result Of The Second Process Of Quality Assurance And Accreditation, Gave Necessary Instructions To All The Staff And Faculty About Their Strengths And Improving The Points, And Presented A Comprehensive Plan For The Preparation For The Third Phase. At The Concluding Parts Of The Event, The First, Second, And Third Position Holders Were Privileged With Different Rewards, Commendations, And Cash Prizes While The Others Were Flattered With Certificates Of Appreciation Prepared By The Institution. Finally, The Celebration Ended With A Holy Prayer.
